Do you accept walk-ins?
  • Unfortunately, no. However, we do accept same-day call in appointments. 
  • Same day appointments are not recommended for Consultation Only services such as Fashion Colors, Color Corrections, and Extensions.

What should I do if I'm running late?
  • Call us! Depending on the situation, we may be able to accommodate tardiness less than 10 minutes, but you must call beforehand. Our cancellation policy will still apply to tardiness.

Do I need to wash my hair before my color service?
  • Please arrive to your color service with clean, dry hair.


I don't know what my hair needs. What should I book?
  • Contact us for a quick and complementary Consultation with your desired stylist

​Do you sell retail products for home use?
  • Yes. Check out our products page to see what lines we carry, or contact us if you are looking for a specific product.

​Do you offer Olaplex?
  • Yes. We offer a variety of bond repairing treatments including Olaplex that you can add to your color service. Ask us about it today!

​Will I receive  a confirmation call? 
  • If you provide a cell number, you will receive an SMS message when you book your appointment and a day before your appointment. If you did not provide a cell number,  you will receive a call the day before your service (If your appointment is on Tuesday, we will call you on Saturday)

  • There are multiple ways we can confirm and remind you about your appointment (email, text, call, etc) Let us know your preferred method!

Do you offer Bridal Services?
  • Bridal Services are only available to our existing clientele at the discretion and ability of your stylist
ONLINE BOOKING

Can I book online if I'm a new client?
  • Due to the required consultation prior to an appointment, Online Bookings are only for current clients.
  • Online Appointments via this site are only available for Ava's clients. The other stylists at the salon are independent stylists.



Do  I need to provide my credit card information to book online?
  • Yes. After submitting your registration form, you will be contacted by a member of our Team and asked to provide your credit card information before your initial username and password are sent to you. You can also call us during our business hours to provide your information.

Why can't I book some services online?
  • Some services such as Extensions, Color Corrections, and Fashion Colors are by consultation only. To book these services, please book a consultation first and your service will be scheduled during your consultation

I want to add a haircut to my color service, what should I do?
  • Choose the "Women's/Men's Haircut" option
